Custom-Printed Products

Orders containing custom-printed products cannot be returned once they have entered production, as these items are uniquely made with your logo design.

Standard Products (Non-Customized)

We accept returns for standard, non-printed products and will issue a full refund. To qualify for a return:

• The products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged in the original packaging.
